I travelled to the Chester-le-Spring store today to upgrade my phone and get a new data plan. James and Leon helped and guided me through the whole process and made everything easily understandable. Very happy with the new phone and the deal I got. As a long term Vodafone user it makes me want to stay with the company and keep using them. Hats off to the service!

Very satisfied with the customer service after loosing my phone they replaced it & put my mind at ease over the worries I had of what might have happened to data etc of my old phone.
