I have visited Chesterfield Vodaphone today & received excellent help & advice from Dave. Nothing was too much trouble. A very welcoming store & no time schedule to keep.
I can’t praise it enough. Us ‘oldies’ need a person to help & I certainly got that today. What a lovely warm friendly shop.

Brilliant Service
Had a problem with a Vodafone online order for a new phone. Rang the helpline which didn't manage to sort it out.
The following day I visited the Chesterfield branch and spoke to Dave.
Took a while to sort the problem out but the next day I had a new phone delivered to my home address.
Thank you so much for sorting it out for me especially Dave for all his help.

Visited Chesterfield Vodafone with my…
Visited Chesterfield Vodafone with my partner and 2 daughters to uograde my daughters phone, Dave and the rest of the team were really friendly and we spent some time chatting about football and life in general before Dave took the time to explain the different packages and researched other package options. He also explained to my daughter how to back her phone up and helped with the process. We got the phone she wanted. Would i come back? definetly, my phone next, after Christmas hopefully, so thanks to the Chesterfield team and Merry Christmas.

Lost phone
I had a difficult situation as I had lost my device and sim on holiday and the guys in store were so helpful. Jaimie particularly was exceptional at making sure every avenue was explored to replacing my phone with the best deal possible. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable!

Great service
I have always used the local store since first buying a mobile phone because of the service the staff there give. I am not familiar with all the jargon, and need to have things explained slowly and simply. Tim, Dave and the staff always do exactly that without making me feel stupid. They are patient and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Their help is much appreciated, and they always say I can go back in if I have any problems or need any further assistance. They’re great - never pushy - you do feel you can trust their judgement and advice. First class in every way!
