I would rate my experience at less than 1* if there was thst option.
I have wasted over 4 hours in the local Vodafone store and still have not got a new phone /contract.
I raised a complaint on the form sent to me and that was completed and sent back electronically 9 days ago…..no acknowledgment, no reply - nothing.
I used to this your brand and service were good - however nowadays your customer service deserves a public shaming.
Terrible experience - avoid. There are other decent telecoms suppliers to choose from - caveat emptor

Huge thank you to Tom for sorting out a new iPhone 16 contract after a very long phone call about my credit check appeal back in February which was meant to be dealt with in 10 days. The email was dated 16/02/2025. To this day I have never had confirmation that the appeal had been rectified.
