Vodaphone Store - Chorley
We visited the Vodaphone store in Chorley today and i was honestly dreading it. I was waiting for the pushy salesman and rude attitude that comes with trying to get a new phone and contract but was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was friendly and non pushy. We never felt pressurised and appreciated their honestly. We wanted to visit a few other providers but quickly went back to Vodaphone. Both myself and my husband ended up with new phones despite me thinking Vodaphone wouldn't be competitive on price. The experience in this store definitely sealed the deal. Thank you

Great experience at Chorley store
Really good experience with Stuart store manager at Chorley, found me a really good deal, went in to upgrade from an iphone 11 to a 13 but walked away with a 15, for less than im currently paying for my sim only 11, really good customer service

Kyle was great and personable nice…
Kyle was great and personable nice chat. Hope he enjoys his birthday in Crete. Very helpful on options open to us. His computer crash halfway through and had to repeat everything which double our waiting time and caused a queue behind us. The shop needs new machines to speed us customer processes. The manager clearly had his head in his hands over it.
