Liam and his customer service, who was excellent at his job and persevered with a problem on my account which had not been picked up and dealt with for years. This took a significant amount of time and several dealings with more than one member of the online customer services.

Been with Vodafone for well over 20yrs , I cancelled amazon prime but they still charged me for it spoke yesterday with customer service waste of time . They were not interested, can't wait for my contract to finish , cos I will be gone .

I called into the store to renew broadband and potentially add a further iPhone to my account. Charlotte from the Chorley store dealt with my request and managed to get 30% off the list price along with cheaper broadband.
