I needed advice on my existing broadband and phone contracts. The store manager Reece and recently appointed staff member (sales advisor) Andrew, we're brilliant in explaining in clear terms, language and non technical jargon what options were available to me. They genuinely cared about me as a customer and not just another sale. I decided to take out a new contract as a result of their customer service and care. I highly recommend this store and Vodafone.

Had a chat with Neive at the shop without buying anything and she was so lovely, she’s a credit to the team and to her manager. Some shops dismiss people when they don’t want to spend money but she was so kind and helpful and explained everything she was doing to fix my phone. First rate service!
First rate service My husband and I went to the Darlington store because we needed help withe management of our phones. Store manager Reece was excellent in his handling of our concerns and was able to give good advice in addition to reviewing our contract which reduced our costs.

Sorted our app issue
We called into Vodafone today to sort out an issue with the app not registering our details, we were served by Neive, and she sorted out our problem with a very calm, attentive and professional service, and also arranged for us to have a better and cheaper deal.
