Popped in to get some wifi for home unfortunately was not available in my area spoke with AJ who was amazing and never gave up, he introduced me to the vodafone gigacube which worked out cheaper than the home broadband. Very happy with the service from AJ would definitely recommend.

Needed to upgrade my iPhone and also change the name on contract. Took a couple of visits to Vodafone (my fault for forgetting stuff lol) but we got there. Jay was absolutely amazing I told him when I finish work and what time I could come in so arranged for. To come today and get it sorted, him and Ashley ended up staying longer than when the shop has to shut which I am extremely grateful for. He was absolutely lovely explained everything to me so I understood and told me what the next steps are. Fantastic team member u have here!!

Double phone upgrade
I went into the Derbion branch this morning to upgrade 2 phones on my account and was expertly assisted by Beth. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and made a usually tedious visit very easy. We even had quite a laugh during the process. She is a credit to the team and an excellent example of how customer service should be. Thank you Beth and well done!
