I had a really positive experience at the Vodafone store in Frenchgate, Doncaster, thanks to Sharan. They were very polite, friendly and professional. I was seen straight away and Sharan sorted out my SIM card quickly and efficiently.
They also took the time to ask if I needed anything else and made sure everything was sorted before I left. I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Sharan to anyone visiting the store. Excellent customer service! Thanks again 👋

Visited Vodafone Doncaster today and met Andreea. Honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of her considering we had visited the previous day only to be told by a different member of staff that they were too busy to see us. I wonder how many bots pump up the…
I wonder how many bots pump up the suspicious 4+ star rating they have on here? So still trying to get compensation for them charging my mother twice a month for over two years, admit they fcukde up and to the tune of £500+ but go silent when it comes to paying out. Been on here and the reply but once you are back in the rabbit hole of customer service who frequently say they transferring hang up. A multi billion pound company and they can't pay back when they screw up. Don't get me started on them taking my mums Nokia 310 with box and sticker on screen saying worthless at the Doncaster branch and giving her a shitty second-hand hand set Android, theiving lying company I still recommend 3 and any other company over them. Anyone reading this with Vodafone change, hell I recommend 1p mobile over this crap.
