Went into the Doncaster store for an upgrade on my phone .not sure which phone was essential for me so the assistant Jon Luke advised us which phone was best suited for me

Treated as a valued Customer and left the Store having experienced EXCELLENT service
From entering the Store, I was given a warm welcome from Danii, a Customer Adviser. I asked her several different questions regarding my Contracts for both my Home Broadband and my Pay Monthly SIM. She took time to research my requests and gave me detailed answers to all of my questions, which she also wrote down.
