Treated as a valued Customer and left the Store having experienced EXCELLENT service
From entering the Store, I was given a warm welcome from Danii, a Customer Adviser. I asked her several different questions regarding my Contracts for both my Home Broadband and my Pay Monthly SIM. She took time to research my requests and gave me detailed answers to all of my questions, which she also wrote down. In summary, in my opinion, she went the “extra mile” and I was left with a great Customer experience. Thanks again, Danii ! :-)

Excellent Customer Service
I called into the Doncaster Frenchgate Vodaphone store today, to see if the phone I was interested in was on offer, and was assisted by Andreea, who has worked at the store for a few years now and has helped me in the past. The phone that morning had just gone on offer, with a cashback option as well, so I really dropped on. Andreea, as always was happy to help by explaining some of the features of the phone and I went ahead with the purchase. Throughout the process Andreea was chatty, informed me at each stage what I was signing for and even went through the cashback process with me as well. I've been with Vodaphone now for over 25 years and it's due to the brilliant service that I receive from Andreea each time I visit the store that keeps me as a Vodaphone customer. I cannot thank Andreea enough for her help today and look forward to seeing her again in the future.

Danni, is a credit to Doncaster Vodafone
I went with my partner who was just sorting some mobile queries and ended up switching to Vodafone myself as my bill would be lower, I got extras added into my deal and it's cheaper.
Danni who sorted it was lovely, very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable but most importantly genuine, I didn't feel pushed into anything, great service.

After checking out the complicated myriad of upgrade deals available on on their website we decided to go into our local Frenchgate store for advice. Brilliant. We were greeted as we walked in and invited to a desk within a couple of minutes. Ten minutes discussion and we were being advised and recommended the most appropriate plans for our needs. Joe was brilliant. His manner, understanding and product knowledge were really impressive. Top man. His colleague Sharan was helpful too. 10 out of 10 for Vodafone Frenchgate Doncaster staff. Unfortunately unusual these days.

A fantastic store due to its excellent customer service. Not only was Danni our advisor able to sort me an exceptional deal, making sure I understood every aspect of the process as she went along, but her expertise in all aspects of phones became apparent advising me on other things I may need with my new phone. Danny was extremely helpful in all aspects and had an extremely friendly and polite demeanor, there was also an advisor who was not bust at a certain time also extremely helpful alongside Danni. Would never go anywhere else. Thankyou to Danni and team.

Super helpful staff and Great deals!
We recently visited Vodafone Doncaster, because our monthly bill had increased compared to when we first signed up two years ago.
Rob was extremely helpful _he explained that the increase happened because our original contract peroid had ended and the plan had automatically moved to the standard rate which we hadn't realised. He then adjust our plan, giving us a lower monthly price with double the Internet speed!
Huge thanks to Rob and the whole team for the awesome service.
