Went in to the store as my phone would not make calls or texts. I had recently been abroad and installed Airalo for extra data. Having deleted the app but with the phone still not working I was anxious to get it running again. Amanda was so patient, calm and helpful. It did take a while but she solved my issue and even looked at my current payments to Vodafone and halved them. Really impressed with the service at Vodafone Doncaster.

A successful visit!
I was seen by Rob. He was amazing - he couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. He spent time explaining everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. I never felt rushed at all, even when the shop became busy! The products and the options available to me were shared fully and I was allowed time to consider and decide what was best for me.

Great experience
I went in to the Vodafone store two weeks ago as I had lost all signal to my phone and no data worked. Rob, the amazing assistant manager, instantly diagnosed the issue and what network it was connecting to instead of my 4/5G. He went through all of the necessary steps and submitted a request for someone from the technical team to help me. I visited again today with the issue still not resolved and no one on the phone or online chat was helpful and no one could diagnose the issue. Rob sat with me today for over an hour to fix the issue. I have now restarted my phone after only leaving a few hours ago and it is working. Rob was incredibly friendly, chatty and polite and was a pleasure to talk to. His colleague was also super helpful and friendly however I didn’t catch his name. They even charged my phone for me while in store so it didn’t die after I left. 10/10 experience very good service and people!

Doncaster Frenchgate Store
I went in to the Doncaster Frenchgate store today with a simple query — Andreea gave me the answer straight away with no issues.
I then decided to upgrade my phone from a Google Pixel 6, to an iPhone — Andreea talked me through every I needed to know and explained everything in detail to allow me to come to my decision.
I have been with Vodafone for around 15 years now, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.
