Dreadful broadband service
Just switched to Vodafone broadband after being with Sky for many years. I so wish we hadn’t bothered. Only had it put in a week ago and we were promised better speeds than Sky but it is so much worse. The connection is continually dropping out. We check the speeds and can see how poor it is but customer support is dreadful. On the odd occasion we can eventually get through to them they check the speeds and it is ok because the fault is intermittent. We are now at the stage of using our cooling off period and cancelling- if only we could get through to them….

Great customer service
I went into the store with a query and came out with a new phone (not yet received). Ryan was lovely and very helpful and I had been thinking of upgrading perhaps after my holiday. MISINFORMATION, HIDDEN CREDIT SCORE WHICH I DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT, POOR SERVICE
When signed a new contract was misinformed about whether my previous plan ended and eventually had to pay early cancellation fee.
I was then given the PIN code which never worked since and which I was supposed to create not the store operative which happened to be the case.
When I cancelled the new plan I was told that on my last bill I would get a refund. I called with time telling that I didn’t receive any money. I was then told that actually it’s me who had to pay and unless I paid now I would get into a credit score and then paid the amount back with interest. The most preposterous thing about this was not only that I was misinformed third time but that I was not at any point informed about the outstanding bill which I only found out by chance and was able to pay. Otherwise the amount would be increasing with time due to the interest no one ever told me about.
