Always good service in the Durham store…
Always good service in the Durham store with helpful staff, particularly on Sunday 16.07.23 when my daughter and I went in for upgrades to our phones, especially from Taz, as the phones were not behaving!! Eventually all was sorted and thanks to Taz for his patience 😀

Shout-out to Daniel, who sat with me for hours to sort out a complicated problem. I came into the shop upset and confused and he not only fixed the problem but cheered me up.
