Spectacular Service

I dont quite understand how to put into words how good the salesperson I saw was. Joshua was patient, understanding, easy to talk to and above all else, a good laugh. Also a damn fine looking individual who dons the colour red like an absolute g. Unfortunately I was not due an upgrade so had to walk away empty handed, but you can bet your house I'll be going back to see him when it is time for a shiny new device.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. I live closer to other Vodafone stores but I will go out of my way to get to the Dereham store. Staff are all friendly, and nothing is too much hassle.

Excellent and informed service
Visited this store on Monday 24th and was served by Luke. He explained all the options I had to upgrade or not and helped me make an informed choice. I upgraded and Luke offered to put the new screen protector on the phone when it arrived. Although this meant an extra journey I didn't mind because the service was excellent and I felt the store could be trusted unlike other accessories stores. Would definitely recommend this store and Luke. Thank you.

Ellie at the East Dereham branch was brilliant. Listened to exactly what i wanted and laid out all the options clearly for me. Setting up an account with vodafone was swift and Ellie very efficiently helped my acquire my PAC code to keep my number. All in all a great customer experience!
