Have just been to the Vodafone shop at East Grinstead. The Assistant Manager gave us excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and fast working. Matt was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed for what I enquired about on Saturday without pushing me into making a decision there and then which was refreshing. Went into Vodafone East Grinstead as my emails would not come through. I spent a long time trying to see what has happened and what went wrong with no good outcome Josh who I’ve seen in there before also, who sold my phone to me from the branch in East Grinstead?
