The service today was excellent first…
The service today was excellent first and foremost but the store itself was FREEZING and I was there - as many people are - for over 20 minutes which was essential as i needed my phone sorting but very difficult to manage! It seems ludicrous that the doors can't be closed in baltic weather conditions, the staff must be absolutely freezing all day.

Ria and Andy saved my holiday

I just bought a new iPhone in the East Grinstead store, they were very kind and helpful. I appreciate for the time because they answered all my questions from the beginning till the end of process. Anyway, the optically broadband is amazing as well, newer had any problems with it.

Thanks to E Grinstead staff
A heartfelt thankyou to the staff member at E Grinstead (sorry for not getting his name) for the trouble he took in trying to get my Whatsap account across from old to new Samsung mobile which were badly messed up by other's previous efforts.
Ultimately, he wasn't able to retrieve my Whatsapp history but I was immensely grateful for his knowledge and especially for the patient, approachable manner in which he gave his help.
Its a great relief to know that this team are available should I need any help in the future.

Both guys in here were super helpful and eager to help. I had a new phone and WiFi contract sorted within an hour which was amazing.
