Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful.
If you have a problem they are the worse company ever.
They cut me off with no notice, because they thought someone had fraudulently taken out a broadband package in my name at my address, with my credit card. ( It was my new package, I had taken out)
Trying to get it put back on was like pulling teeth. 3 hours on the phone.
I had to verify myself, sending them all my information. They then said they would put me back on in 48 hours.
Avoid at all cost.

Stress free setup of new phone
My wife picked up her new Samsung Galaxy A55 5G at this East Grinstead Vodafone store. Matty, a very helpful member of staff, switched the old SIM into the new phone and transferred all the apps and data across. This was the most stress free new phone setup we've ever had. Brilliant! Thanks Matty.
