Marc was very helpful and professional
Marc was very helpful and professional. I was due to start work, Marc listened and I was in and out in no time at all.
Came in for a phone upgrade, Marc took time to walk through the options and I left with what I came in for:
I work in the Gyle and consistently use the Gyle store. Never had a problem. All staff I have encountered have been helpful and knowledgeable.
Also a shout out to Craig who helped me the day before when I walked in a minute before closing for a quick question.

I came into the Vodafone Shop at the Gyle in Edinburgh to upgrade my phone. Callum, the member of staff was very supportive and helpful from the start. He took time to outline all of the options and best deals for me and was very patient in explaining them all and breaking them down. Marc explained and sorted out my roaming problem I was having with my visit to Morroco. I had tried vodafone on line but this was not a good experience, where face to face with Marc was 10 out of 10. He was so helpful and went out his way to help me.
