Superb!
Thea at the Ely store was very thorough at checking my account to ensure the deal was the best fit for me, and also providing a review and recommendations for the numbers also attached to my account. It was such an easy transaction because Thea listened to my requirements and helped me find a solution. She is an asset to Vodafone!
This is a completely different experience to that which I had when visiting the Cambridge grand arcade four weeks ago. The staff in Cambridge could certainly learn some customer service skills from Thea!

Ana deserves recognition for all she did for me
Not having a clue on what I was doing regarding changing my iPhone to a Galaxy S24, I was helped by Ana who was amazing. Ana was patient, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Outstanding service!
Both my partner and I were renewing phone contracts and were dealt with by Thea in the Ely branch. She was tremendous! Really friendly, helpful and patient. She found both of us better deals and we were both happy to sign up again with Vodafone.
