Worst company I've ever experienced. Corporate theives and liars.
Due to their incompentence, wrongly charged one-off fee for house move of broadband which I've been disputing since May!!
Thank goodness for shop staff in Folkestone, who have been amazing and very sympathetic. I've practically moved in there! However, despite the manager's endless promises, they have absolutely NO influence when it comes to matters of bills etc. So I've spent literally HOURS on the phone to more incompetent vodafone staff - line dropped on several ocassions, put on hold for what seemd like hours and endless contradictory communications.
It's a great model - they charm and seduce you into long contracts, then once they have you, they treat you like dirt. And woe betide if you ever have to challenge them on a wrong charge on your bill.
Utter disgrace. Sadly, they have so much power over us because of our reliance on broadband and mobiles, they clearly couldn't care less about delivering good customer service.

Andy was fantastic! I had a bunch of queries I needed sorting, and he solved them all plus dropped my contract cost. Definitely recommend the Folkestone store if you’re looking for solid tech advice and contract help!

Having bought a new phone there was a hitch with transferring my What’s app. Kal at the Folkestone (Kent) branch was amazingly clever and patient both to my daughter firstly and then a follow up with me. He should be complimented on his ability and extremely helpful manner. Thank you!

Amazing experience at the Folkestone store after having a terrible weeks experience with Vodafone online !! Neil and his staff sorted out my exchange for the faulty phone I had been supplied online ! Nothing was too much trouble . Great service really pleased now . Moral of the story Never buy online go and see a real person ! I only wish I had done this last week it would have saved me wasting nearly 3 hours of my life to the unprofessional people at customer service at Vodafone online !!

The customer service representative, Andy, was amazing. He was patient, calm, very knowledgable, and so understanding of our needs.

The person, Andy, I saw I have seen before and he is very helpful and explained my choices for a new phone while being aware I didn't want to increase my budget to much. They were also having problems with there tech which made everything harder.

We were attended by Andy who was exceptional in helping us with all our enquires. We needed a new IPad as well as having questions about the Vodafone broadband we were having installed the following week. He explained everything we needed to know putting our minds at ease.

Recent price hike and still your 4G service is still very poor and no chance of 5G anytime soon.. time you provided the service you are being paid to supply!

Everything was smooth and easy, no long wait to be seen, the staff member who dealt with us was a real friendly guy but very professional in all he did. He made us feel relaxed nothing was done for a sakes pitch it was all about us, he listened to what we required and acted accordingly a real breath of fresh air, if you get Andy at the Folkestone branch consider yourselves lucky. After months of cogitation, deliberation and research into the mobile phone market it was time to make a decision. After visiting a number of competitor stores I decided to go into my current provider of many many years, and I was thankful I did. I met "Andy" from the Vodaphone Folkstone store and his product knowledge across the the range of devices and plans for business and retail were brilliant, he was patient and listened to everything I wanted to enquire about. I've got a great 5G phone, air time/data plan for myself and replaced my wifes SIM plan from "3" to a highly competitive deal from Vodaphone as a second SIM. Very happy customer thank you

But Still recovering as Left lung possibly cancerous or Collapsed ? So Needed Real Supplier to Replace Terrible Dodgy & V.Expensive EE !
