Store visit
I went into the store a bit unsure about upgrading and not really knowing what my best options would be. I was greeted by Sean, the Assistant Manager, who immediately put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable about Apple products and airtime tariffs and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Everything was explained clearly and without any pressure. I left the store feeling reassured, happy with the deal offered, and impressed by the level of service I received. Highly recommend.

I visited the store to enquire about upgrading my phone and was greeted by Sean, the Assistant Manager. From the start, Sean was friendly, approachable, and very professional. I explained that I wanted to stay with Apple and was looking for the best possible deal, and he took the time to carefully talk me through all of my options.
Sean was extremely knowledgeable about Apple products as well as the different airtime tariffs available, and he made sure everything was clearly explained without any pressure. He tailored the package specifically to suit my needs, which made the whole process feel personal rather than rushed or sales-driven.
I left the store feeling confident in my decision, really happy with the deal I was offered, and genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. Excellent experience overall — highly recommend this store and especially Sean if you’re considering an upgrade.
