Brilliant customer service for a headache of a problem
Matthew was nothing but helpful on my visit instore. I've had problems with my Vodafone online account for a few years now due to an admin error when I first joined Vodafone and he efficiently solved this issue for me, aswell as helped me get an excellent deal on my broadband with my contract expiring soon. Brilliant customer service.

Great service.
Went in store today to upgrade partners phone and was served by grant and newbie matt.
We explained the reason for our visit and they were very helpful. Asked what we were looking for in a phone and went through the phones which he thought was suitable.
Grant was training matt which he was a 10/10. We went through all the options available and agreed on best one.
Overall fantastic experience with laughs and jokes. Would defo visit that store again.
Left feeling like our needs were met.
