I may have to contact fraud dept of bank to a re
I cancelled a order for a Pasig phone over 10 days ago but can't my refund of 104pd from breahead store I am still awaiting refund have contacted the say vodphone is holding your refund there's nobody in Vodafone to speak to have went to branch 3 times they don't respond anything I never got phone cancelled it within a hour and they still took my money bad company no customer service have changed my network store won't respond may. Have to approach bank fraud dept because Vodafone won't respond or help

The Store team should normally process refunds within the expected timeframe, so the delay you’re experiencing isn’t what we’d want for you at all. Sometimes refunds can take a little longer depending on the payment method or delays within the banking process, but it definitely shouldn’t be this long.
If you haven’t already, please reach back out to the team at Breahead Store so they can double‑check the status of the refund and confirm it has been processed correctly.
