I was currently with three mobile for broadband and 2 phones, I was out of contract and was passin Vodafone and decided to pop in, I was helped by one of your agents Leanne who provided first class customer service and helped me change all my business from 3 mobile to Vodafone for both broadband and 2 SIM cards which will be adding 2 phones as well I’m 3 months, I have worked in customer service for 20 years and the service I received today was second to none and yous are very lucky to have such a good agent, nothing was too much hassle for her and due to her I am now a Vodafone customer and will be telling my family and friends to move over to Vodafone as well, so she will bring yous a lot of business with her cheery attitude and excellent product knowledge as every question I asked, she answered clearly and precisely, a top agent
