We were assisted by Michael who was absolutely great. He was friendly and very knowledgable about everything we asked him. The whole experience was easy. He knew his products inside out - getting a new phone for me, and a new sim contract for my husband as well as advising us on changing to Vodaphone for our broadband. Michael is definitely a huge asset to the Buchanan Street store. Well done!

I went in today because the phone I bought from you is cracked at the back and very slow. The person I spoke tobin Buchanan st Glasgow was horrible. He said in a very condescending way..' of course it's the battery ' Then he said , ' It will cost £25 , to change your pin to a new phone.' Are you kidding?
I am a writer, I shall certainly be doing an article about that rip off!
