Bought contract for Vodafone Gigacube
Bought contract for Vodafone Gigacube - worst technology mistake I have made in years.
As Virgin have a monopoly on broadband where I live, they wanted to charge more than £90 per month so I went to Vodafone as I have good 5g signal on my phone - also on Vodafone.
I can get 70mbps plus on my phone whilst standing next to the Gigacube router - which delivers less than 10 mbps.
In addition, for no reason, download speeds drop to kbps frequently.
If I wasn't in a contract, I would ditch this rubbish.

I have been in the Gloucester shop today, as always when I get there I get straight away served I knew that I was due an upgrade but I wasn’t sure when. Crystal who helped me with everything from beginning to end without fault, she looked into my account gave me all the info. I did say that I was having financial difficulties and she looked into the account what she could do for me and with that also got me the same broadband that I got with sky but now with Vodafone for a better deal. I have been for a very long time with Vodafone and I love it they are worth every penny and the staff are always very friendly. Especially crystal today, I can’t wait now to get back in the shop to have my upgrade. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
