The assistant Kellie was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new phone that suits me & my needs. She also went to the trouble of helping my husband with a problem with his phone. I've never been keen on going into phone shops due to feeling a bit intimidated by my lack of knowledge around mobile phones & technical issues but Kellie has made me feel differently.
