My old phones battery was going and I wanted a new battery but after looking found a new battery for the old phone would'nt be beneficial. when attempting to switch to a Vodafone…
when attempting to switch to a Vodafone plan I witnessed the store manager speaking to staff in a rude and unprofessional manner in front of customers. This behaviour was inappropriate and created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store.
Staff should be treated with respect, and this conduct reflects poorly on the company. I believe this matter should be investigated and addressed.
This happened around 2 weeks ago and i have only just got my phone working from another provider.
