My phone got delivered today so I went into store for my transfer to be completed and Amy was great in assisting me! Everything was moved over and then my trade in sent off. Very happy with the store will come in for help again.

My old phone was giving me a black screen every now and then so I knew I was ready for a change. I went into the store to see about a new phone and I walked out with the new S25 FE, unlimited data and a £150 cashback offer!
Everything I needed for a cheaper price than I thought.
The lady in store Amy helped me .ove everything to my new phone and it was ready to go for when I came back.

Speaking to a real person in store, that sold a phone to me that I wanted rather than the best seller. Aaron was very helpful and also set up the phone for me with all the apps, contacts etc that I needed even though my old phone was so old he had trouble finding the right cable.

I've been a customer of Vodafone for 31 years and had some excellent service from the staff in the Grimsby store but today I was attended to by a young girl called Chloe and what a knowledgeable and pleasant young lady she is. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was super patient with me asking probably stupid questions. Chloe is surely a Branch Manager of the future

On looking at various phones that were in stock , he had a wide knowledge and was very helpful, a credit to the store.
