Despicable sales tactics
Writing this review on behalf of my elderly Mother.
18/3/2025 She called into Vodafone Grimsby store to ask staff to simply take her Vodaphone contract sim card out of her old Doro phone & put it into her new smart phone. She told salesperson she was happy with her existing contract.
However, sales staff insisted she sit down to go through her contract. An hour later she was quite bamboozled by all the technical & sales talk.
She walked out having been coerced into signing a new 2 year contract costing double what she was already paying.
She advised my brother & I of what had happened. We are now in the process of trying to have her former contract reinstated. Vodafone staff at Freshney Place store in Grimsby - You are absolutely despicable.
Update - Re Vodafone response: My Mother doesn't have access to social media channels that you have suggested or internet. Perhaps you can telephone?

Fabulous service from Amy
We went into store to discuss a dongle and came out with 2 upgraded phones. Amy was super helpful and went through everything with us. Nothing was too much trouble. We are not from the area so we wish more people were as helpful as Amy, she is an asset to the store

Great money saving visit in Grimsby
My husband and I needed to review our mobile deals. We called into your Grimsby branch and we were welcomed by Amy. We would like to say how amazing this young lady is. She was warm and friendly and explained what we needed to do. She had a wealth of knowledge as to what would be our best option and we decided to go ahead with the deal offered. Have to give Chloe and Vodafone 5/5, would be a10 if was out of 10!! I was dreading my contract renewal but Chloe was so polite and patient and generally interested in sorting this out for me.. I would recommend Chloe and Vodafone for any matter regarding either a contract upgrade or renewal and I will myself be contacting Chloe again should any mobile issues arise!!
