Customer service
We were extremely impressed with the customer service at the Vodafone store in Guildford. Storm, the young female employee who served us, was professional, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. She was patient and answered all our questions. She advised us well on the product and went out of her way to help. Thank you! I highly recommend using this store.

Great experience
Great experience, made me feel welcome. It was extremely busy but managed really well with all in the queue constantly being updated. Steve was really helpful and passed my on to another colleague to finish things off. The sweets for everyone and treats for the dogs were a really nice touch!
