Your stores never fail to impress.
After an unsuccessful time with both your webchat and phone options (3 hours in total). I gave up and hoped to have a better experience in one of your stores. I visited Guildford and was greeted by the store manager who in no more than 30 seconds got to the root of my problem. He then passed me to another adviser who finalised my query.
Vodafone needs to give the funding it puts in to the other ‘services’ directly to these fantastic people in your shops.
I will never use your 24/7 services again and will only use the shops.

Quick, easy and efficient
Shopping in Vodafone used to take hours upon hours and it made me go online mostly. But I needed a phone on the same day as I dropped mine in a river. Sam got me a new phone sorted out with a replacement sim in under an hour!! Will definitely use the store more in the future.
