Great Service from Mr Chand
Hi, I went to Vodafone in Hanley City(Stoke-on-Trent) to end my contract with vodafone due to the rising bills which I have tried to sort out with Customer Service(via phone) and they were of no help at all. I was with my wife and we were served by Mr Chand,
He did a great job by offering myself and the wife with great deals and his service and attitude change my view on staying with Vodafone. He also informed us of oir future bills and reassured us that if anything we need, we can pop into the Hanley Vodafone office and see him.
Thank you Mr Chand and you were great today, hats off to you Sir 🫡

New Phone
