Misold product
Went to Vodafone to sort my mother-in-laws issue she had as she took out for new contract she took out but wasn't happy with what she was sold ,and Morgan who served us was very helpful, went out of his way to sort everything out .very professional and polite and dealt with the problem immediately very impressed and we left the store very happy .can't praise him enough .

Great Customer Service
I was served by Bradley. He was very understanding and listened to my issues. He did what he could to assist and when all else failed provided me with options which resulted in a better phone and cheaper contract. Not often you get such good customer service
