Always having issues my tablet wouldn't charge even with warranty and they refused to fix it even though their policy is they send it away free of charge to be fixed. Had to pay myself to get it fixed as I needed it urgently. Staff in store don't have a clue what they're doing sometimes they're better on the phone but not always. Had a promotion offer that they took off without my permission so I got charged again by the service. Live chat doesn't work and is hopeless. Always having issues with getting back to main screen after being on an app or game whilst on smartphone.
