I'm so grateful to Oliver and Matt who were so patient us when we went in to get some help our elderly mother's phone and broadband. They were so kind and helpful at a really difficult time.
(I am now editing my review to include the enormous disappointment I feel to learn that Trustpilot has refused to accept my brother Matt's very positive review of the support we got from the store suggesting that it was 'fake'. How disappointing.)

Excellent service provided
Went into the shop to speak about issues with digital voice linked to broadband as this was not working and we had reported the issue in November. Spoke with Nicky who helped enormously to put us in contact with the broadband team who resolved the issue. Whilst there Nicky arranged for my husband to be added to the account going forward and she also saved us some money by reviewing our mobile contracts. All the while Nicky showed to be knowledgable, patient and friendly throughout. Very impressed.
