Great experience

I would like to say a very big thank you to the staff at Vodaphone Eden Centre hi Wycombe Bucks Jamal who is the manager is always so helpful.
. Nothing is ever too much for him. I received excellent outstanding service from a young man called Daniel,& Thomas.
My Home button on my old mobile had gone Jamal sorted for time being, yet realising I needed to get a new phone Daniel sorted out a new iPhone 16E for me and did his upmost to give me excellent service in every possible way.
Thomas also was very helpful. I just want to say all the staff in Vodaphone high Wycombe Store is amazing .
Also I have been served by young gentleman called Tudor is also very helpful.
I always feel reassured and leave with peace and security all is well with my phone thank you very much, Sheila

very bad network
very bad network, i am using this network from last 2 years but they are very expensive and and management is also not good they told me that we are giving you discount but after that they still detecting too much money from my account.
Next time i will never use this network when my deal will finish.

Great, personable and professional
I have been purchasing my iPhones from Jamal at Vodafone High Wycombe for around 6 years now. This September is was time to upgrade again and Jamal bent over backwards to secure me the latest iPhone for a very competitive rate. He was knowledgable, professional and he is an asset to the team in High Wycombe. It is because of his attentive and personable service that I return to Vodafone for my upgrades rather then going to other networks who can have more enticing deals.
