Marlware issues sorted
Once again got great service from Glenn, Hitchin. He sorted a malware issue which was causing irritating multiple pings a day. Also gave guidance on alternative software to use for PDF documents.

I had an issue with my phone
I had an issue with my smartphone....pointless adverts were interrupting everything I was trying to accomplish on my phone.
I went into the Hitchin store of Vodafone for advice and Glen greeted me in a cheerful , friendly manner and was immediately helpful.
Glen described clearly in detail everything he would try in order to get rid of the 'virus'. He showed confidence and expertise in knowing how to tackle the problem.
He was very patient but advised that I left the phone with him for a couple of hours as it would take time to go through individual apps to find the problem.
He assured me that my phone would be secure, as I left my password with him.
On return, I found Glen had resolved the problem efficiently and he explained exactly what he had done.
I found the whole process stress free and cannot praise Glen enough for his patience and consideration in seeing the job through. I left the store a very happy person with my phone returned to 'normal'
I would definitely recommend using the store to anyone and particularly to make sure that Glen is available on customer service for assistance!
