I came into the Vodafone Store in Hitchin. I was greeted by Store Manager Mutzu. I needed help with the set up of my new phone. I am elderly so I could not do it on my own. Mutzy helped me and she made sure I knew how to use my new phone. I will definitely recommend her and her team. They are fantastic at what they do.

Patient and very helpful.
My Hubby needed help with one of our mobiles which are under a Vodafone contract. Glen in the Hitchin branch was patient and extremely helpful and sorted our issues. Couldn't fault them in there.
