An Honest and respectful experience
I needed to change my old i phone as it was difficult to charge and was not holding a charge for any great length of time. I visited the store in West Street Horsham where I was guided through the whole procedure with efficiency and courtesy.
My options were clearly explained and all charges listed.
My old 'phone was put on charge whilst we talked and managed to stay alive until we had completed all of the necessary checks to get me through the purchase.
It was a pleasure to be dealt with in a non condescending manner given my age, and I would, therefore recommend this store to anyone who is not sure about the technical aspects of what they are purchasing.

A good experience …
Thanks to Megan for her friendly advice and help on putting together a good package of mobile phones and broadband. Megan is very pleasant to deal with and made the whole experience of being face to face much easier than trying to sort out over the phone. We would highly recommend asking for Megan.

Excellent customer service provided…
Excellent customer service provided yesterday 15.02.25 by Finley & Hamza when I upgraded my phone and Contract yesterday. Super knowledgable and genuinely friendly guys, not fazed even though they had to stay a bit later to finalise everything. Always a smile on their faces snd very patient. They are a credit to Vodaphone and the Horsham franchise and should be rewarded as such. My friends were equally impressed and even said they would consider changing mobile phone companies if that is the customer service level at Vodaphone.
Very many thanks to both of them!

Not happy
With writing a really good review last month about my upgrade in store I have woken up today with £90 taken out my account and I have no idea why. This wasn't what me and Noah agreed in the Horsham store. I also traded in my old phone and was waiting to a £20 refund for the money being taken from my account last month when it shouldn't
Over all I'm down £60 and having a baby next week. I'm extremely unhappy with the financial loss and stress this has caused me. I want to log a complaint and someone to call me back today.

Excellent customer experience
I came into Vodafone in Horsham today and want to say how impressed I was with the customer service. I needed to get everything transferred to my new ipad. Hamza was very efficient and really polite. I am old but he was very patient and nice to deal with. He did a grand job.
