This is the second time Oliver has helped me with upgrades, and what really stands out is that he even remembered me — such a personal touch that makes all the difference. Both Oliver and Tom were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everything simple and stress-free.

I recently upgraded my vodaphone mobile and received exemplary service from Tom & Ben. I am an elderly customer and they were both patient, understandjng and very helpful. I had to return to have a minor problem solved and Ben was effecient and so helpful

Saw Ben in the Horsham branch who was so helpful and knowledgeable as wanted to upgrade to include European roaming on my package. Gave me a great deal. Would highly recommend seeing him if you are in the area and near that branch.

I had cause to visit Vodafone,Horsham today for help with a problem. I am an elderly customer and at times find my Smartphone confusing to say the least!
Ben sorted out the problem and showed me how to deal with it myself in plain English. He also took the trouble to provide information regarding a much needed upgrade and in the process revised my current agreement to suit my usage (saving me some money in the process). All the time he was very patient, polite and very good humoured. Altogether, a very pleasurable experience.

Ben was welcoming and quickly offered me the best contract option for my renewal. Unfortunately I don't think I'm a typical customer, using an old model Galaxy and very little monthly data, so my options were restricted. Also I was a little disappointed to find, later on, in the contract that Vodafone would be increasing rates by 10% in April and 10% in '27. I think this should have been pointed out. Well above inflation, but then maybe all network providers are trying to "squeeze the pips". But no reflection on Ben, who did a good job.
