Appalling customer service
Took hours on line to try to find out if my local store had a particular phone in stock. The agent I eventually spoke to told me that they did not hold store stock information and that I would have to travel to the store. What a joke !

Had to visit the Horsham branch after…
Had to visit the Horsham branch after my phone developed a problem, saw Ben, who was brilliant. He was patient and listened. And was able to get to the route of the problem. Having to speak to the call centre in India, which was a complete nightmare.

Went in at 10am Saturday 30thAug. Shop locked but member of staff unlocked door. Both staff were busy with customers. We waited over 20mins another gentleman came in and left before we did. Wait, was unacceptable. No explanation, no sorry as we left. We went to John Lewis where they were busy. But called another member of staff and we spent £750 in ten minutes. Whenever we go into Vodafone Horsham the wait is always bad. I am a shareholder and am appalled by the lack of service in this shop.

Good customer service
Ben served me who was very friendly and approachable. I was pre-ordering the Pixel 10 Pro XL and Ben went through the trade-in and explained the offers Google had and what that would mean to the monthly costs. He answered any questions I had, and wasn't too pushy in trying to up sell me anything. If I didn't want anything I would explain why and he accepted my reasons.
I would recommend Vodafone.

Popped into the Horsham store and spoke…
Popped into the Horsham store and spoke to a member of staff called Peter. We were interested in swapping out home WiFi over to Vodafone. Peter explained the package we would need for our home based on what we use and explained the reason why the Vodafone pro package which is what we thought we needed however turns out we didn’t. We will be back to complete the order closer to the time of our renewal.
