I had a 5G mobile broadband for which i…
I had a 5G mobile broadband for which i gave £29 as upfront charge and said i can cancel the plan within 14 days, if i change my mind but i need to pay for all the days i used, which is fair, however, after 12 days, i called for the cancellation of my plan which was prior to 14 days, they said my cancellation was processed but take 5 business days, however, they charged £33 again.
I called them after 6 business days, and they said the cancellation was never been done, and also said i was too late to cancel, after almost, 3 hours on a call, they said they refund the balance after deducting 14 days of use.
And guess what i paid £62 and they refunded £3 😄😄,
They are not the best in the UK but the most expensive in the UK 😄🤣,
I also told my friends not to use VODAFONE never, and they quit as well.
Keep my money VODAFONE which i earned kicking my ass off.
