Callum was very helpful helping me switch to a sim only plan. Last time I switched over provider the number didn't port across and I didn't have a business number for 2 weeks. Callum kept me updated the next day and all went through smoothly. From the moment I walked in the store Callum helped me and his knowledge is next to none!! Thanks again Callum

Excellent and compassionate customer service from branch manager Garry, who helped find me a deal on a mobile broadband dongle to tide me over while waiting for my home wifi contract to be changed over to emergency housing since I was flooded out of my home. Garry was supportive and understanding, explaining my options and adding notes to my account to support my change in circumstances.
