Ben's level of service was above a beyond . I have been a Vodafone customer since 1990. Whilst in ipswich I was running short on charge . I know the stores used to oblige by giving you a charge . I asked Ben said there were not permitted to charge customers mobiles any more . Ben saw my paradicament and charged my phone - thanks Ben
