Great package deal from Andy
Needed a new phone as my old one was playing up. Went to Irvine branch and spoke to Andy, who asked me about mynphone and my usage habits, and tool the time to ask about my broadband too.
And my managed to get me a package for not much more than I was already paying and set my new device up for me to use right away!

Mel was fantastic!
Went to see about renewing my son's SIM only and spoke to Mel who was able to help sort me out with a new deal and a new plan.

Came to Irvine store to enquire about roaming on PAYG. Spoke to Andy who shown me the difference between PAYG with roaming and paym with inclusive roaming. Now have a great plan with euro roaming for less than I was topping up!
