Ali the little diamond in the Vodafone store spent forever and a day trying to sort my phone out but it was not meant to be. The customer service was sensational and even though I didn’t get the outcome I wanted it was a pleasant experience overall. Both Ali and his colleague are fab at their jobs and deserve a raise :D
