Raul was very courteous and helpful. It turned out that I had a software issue and not a Vodaphone issue but he very kindly explained the issue and helped me to a successful resolution. Great guy! It seems he has been working at this Vodaphone office for 7 years! Well done, Raul!

Isha is amazing!
I received the most incredible and professional customer care from Isha at Vodafone Kings Road today. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled at her job.
Prior to this, I had experienced the most appalling customer care from Vodafone over a sustained period of around four months, and I had completely lost faith in the network. I had been trying to move from a business account to a personal account whilst keeping my number. Since October last year, I had been given different advice in stores, incorrect advice at that, and had been unable to speak to anyone other than a robot via phone. It was stressful and frustrating and I was shocked and disappointed by Vodafone at every stage.
Isha redeemed all of this single-handedly with a seamless and professional approach, and I am not only impressed by her skills and knowledge, but incredibly thankful to her. One of very few talented staff within the business.

Very helpful staff
We walked in to the Vodafone store in King’s road with some questions, and we ended up with 2 new contracts.
My husband got a new network subscription and I converted from my current provider to Vodafone, all thanks to the amazing service and discount we got from the store manager, Beauty and her colleague (I forgot his name but it starts with the letter M)
