The in store experience is in itself great. I prefer the one to one service as I feel it is easier to understand and to bounce questions back and forth.
Simon (store manager) made this experience and service as I expected as a customer. He made the service simple and fluid. He was patient and understanding with all my questions.
My only negative is for long term loyal customers like myself, (near 25 years) there is no reward or bonus for that long term loyalty. In these demanding financial times I feel Vodafone should do better.

Vodafone Lancaster - Horrific experience of lying staff - AVOID
Horrific experience of lying staff, misleading a 75 neighbour to buy an unlimited ultra package for 24 months!!!
She wanted to be able to use the phone abroad for a month so they sold her this package and to make it worse upgraded her husbands SIM card who only uses his phone for calls to an 80gb data package!!!
Not happy with that Vodafone Lancaster then told them they were entitled to a free tablet. This was after keeping them in the store for 2 hours. As soon as they were given the tablet and signed for it they were then told it will cost them £4 a month!!
She went in to cancel it 12 days after she took it out to be told and sent away being told that Viodafone's terms are 12 days not 14!!!
I had to go in with them to make Vodafone cancel and roll back everything.
