As 2 well-over 70s, we needed help with our accounts.
James initially took us through the options, explaining in terms we could readily grasp (!) what was best for us.

Awful avoid this company at all costs, they have put a wire right across the front of my house without asking me, they aren’t interested in helping after they have done the job, they just wash their hands of you, terrible after care and customer service
